This nice quite house lies in the small village of Argeliers between valleys and vineyards of the Minervois.All local shops are in this village situated at about thirty kilometers from the first white sandy beaches of Gruissan and Valras. The Canal du Midi (World Heritage Site by UNESCO) at 1.5 km
The detached house of 130 m², built on the same level, is comfortably furnished for 8 persons. Quietly, it has an enclosed landscaped garden of 1400 m². It is decorated with a private pool and secured by a tarpaulin. The decor is simple and the house is well equipped.
